I know that we have been talking weekly since before Christmas 2020 about the outstanding orders and missing items that I had with you, but nothing has been received yet.
We agreed on 31 Mar 21, that you would send some alternative items to the outstanding orders and missing items, as I thought that you might have some items out of stock. However, you continued to assure me that everything that was outstanding regarding my orders was still in stock.
You provided me with a UPS tracking reference number of 25 Feb 21, which unfortunately did not get past the label created stage.
You have provided me with a new UPS tracking reference number as of 23 Apr 21, which hopefully will actually show the package of alternative items being shipped. However as of 1249hrs on 24 Apr 21, this is not showing as having been shipped either.
I’ll call you again on Monday and hopefully you can advise me when the package will be shipped. Whilst we have very pleasant chats when I can get you on the phone, I would be much happier if I could receive something from you via UPS, as I can’t quite understand what the problem has been over the last 4 months.
